- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you are poor, low income, lower middle class or have been through hard times financially, whatever you do, do not use this company. They take your money (in our case approx $900-$1000), charge you a $35 membership and then after you have moved to them, they cancel you and say because you have "bad credit"....even though, you have PAID them in full and never had a claim. When we asked, why they cancelled the homeowners and not the car insurance, the excuse was "we can legally only cancel homeowners due to bad credit NOT AUTO"....and of course we were told this by the front desk since our agent refused to return phone calls...although when she was trying to get our business she was like melted butter. Footnote: They refuse to refund the membership fee too.By A Google User, February 20, 2017
